Machine tools
For the protection of man and machine, our UV flame detectors detect an incipient fire or a deflagration within seconds. For additional detection, for example for the exhaust air duct, our heat detectors are available. Depending on the desired delay time, our fire detection and extinguishing system starts extinguishing with an aerosol extinguishing agent immediately after detection.
Extraction systems
Approximately 10% of the existing extraction systems also extract flammable materials. In the process, flying sparks can also occur, e.g., in the case of stone impacts, which can lead to a fire. To be optimally protected, our UV flame detectors detect this within seconds and start the further desired process. This can range from signaling to direct extinguishing with aerosol extinguishing agent.
Wind turbines
Especially for the protection of the nacelle, we offer fire detection and extinguishing systems with aerosol extinguishing agent as a pneumatic system. These are protected against flashovers caused by lightning and detect the increase of the heat in the interior of the nacelle.
